French packaging specialist Cosmogen has acquired Hong Kong-based Asquan Group, forming the Cosmogen & Asquan Group, a global player with combined revenues of approximately USD 50 million. The merger brings together Cosmogen’s expertise in applicators with Asquan’s strength in airless and multi-category packaging. The new entity serves major clients including LVMH, L’Oréal, Clarins, and Shiseido and operates across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East.
