The Craft of HAIR EXPRESSION
Across four distinct visions, these collections explore hair as structure and softness, precision and feeling. Here, technique meets identity and beauty is shaped by confidence, imperfection, and creative evolution.

“This reflects the evolution of my creative journey. It builds on exploring what lies beyond recognition where artistry, shape, and colour take centre stage. Through bold portraits that evoke emotion, ‘Beyond the Title’ showcases hair as both structure and expression. It celebrates the ongoing pursuit of loving what you do: a fusion of vision, skill, and enduring passion for British hairdressing.”

“Modulux is a collection born from the collision of future-thinking and technical discipline, with every image crafted to reflect a balance of structure and softness. The name is a fusion of ‘modular’ and ‘luxury’, echoing the concept of building progressive, adaptable hair shapes that feel elevated, wearable, and editorially strong. Inspired by AI-generated concepts, I used technology as a springboard but translated each idea into real-world hair that could move, flow, and hold its form. Every model was prepped with specific textures and tailored placement to create silhouettes that feel modern but not alien, futuristic but still human. Soft peach accents subtly cut through the monochromes, adding warmth without overpowering the purity of the shapes. The contrast of clean lines with undone edges gives the whole collection a sense of tension, as if it could shift at any moment. Modulux challenges the idea that future hair must be cold or robotic. Every look tells a story of evolution, showing what happens when precision meets emotion in hair.”

“I wanted to celebrate confidence from a woman’s perspective. I imagined each model as the distilled qualities of female empowerment, ambassadors of an elemental and commanding feminine presence. This collection is called ‘Parousia’ (the Greek word for "presence"). Each look was used as a focal point to display core hairdressing techniques, to emphasise the strength of skill and how it is embodied by the models.”

“Inspired by the Japanese art of KINTSUGI, my collection explores the idea that in a world where we are in pursuit of perfection, we often overlook just how beautiful the imperfect can be. There has to be cracks in most things; otherwise, how do we let the light in?”
