Maybelline Founding CEO Demetra Pinsent exits Charlotte Tilbury after 14 years with the company. She has served as chief executive since the brand was founded in 2012. No successor has been announced by the brand; however, Founder Charlotte Tilbury will continue to lead the brand in her roles as president, chairman, and chief creative officer. During Pinsent’s tenure, the company grew into a billion-dollar beauty business. Under her leadership, the brand was also acquired by Puig in 2020 and became a key contributor to group revenues, which crossed EUR 5 billion in 2025.

Pat McGrath Labs secures USD 30 million financing amid Chapter 11 bankruptcy process

Pat McGrath Labs has secured USD 30 million in new financing from existing lender GDA PMG Funding. The funding supports the company’s reorganisation under Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the United States. Investment firm GDA Luma is set to take a controlling equity stake in the brand, and Founder Pat McGrath will step down as chief executive and continue as chief creative officer. The agreement includes USD 10 million in debtor-in-possession financing, and at least USD 20 million in post-emergence working capital. A new holding company will own the reorganised business, with McGrath retaining a significant equity stake.
